Following a hydrofluoric acid leak on Tuesday evening, the northern section of the MPET container terminal at Quay 1742 in the Port of Antwerp-Bruges remained closed as of Wednesday evening. However, terminal operations resumed on the opposite side of the Deurganck Dock, including MPET at Quay 1718 and DP World’s Antwerp Gateway terminal at Quay 1700.
