TMIEC E-Tanker’s serving battery-powered RTGs.

According to TMEIC, the company has developed the E-Tanker, a portable multi-part charging system that delivers electricity directly to battery-powered Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes. Instead of moving cranes to fixed charging stations, the E-Tanker brings the power to the cranes, operating much like the traditional process of refuelling diesel-powered RTGs within container terminals.
